College has an efficient internal coordinating and monitorin mechanism by the Managing Control Board. There is a special committee formed by the Principal annually for preparing the academic calendar. |

Under the fee structure of government supported courses in the institution at U.G level total tution fee collected only from male students is Rs. 1,28,040 and a PG level is of Rs. 9,540. The total of library fee collected from all the students is Rs. 23,505 at U.G. level and Rs. 1,215 at PG level. The total of laboratory fee at UG level is Rs. 2,79,120 and the total of other fees is Rs 47,010 at UG level and Rs. 2,430 at PG level. |

| Under the fee structure of government supported courses there has been change only in the laboratory fee during the last three years.The laboratory fee in th year 2003-04, 2004-05 and 2005-06 has been Rs. 240, Rs. 48 and Rs. 24 respectively. As far as self financing courses are concerned, there has als been changes in the total fee structure that is Rs. 6000, Rs. 5000 and Rs. 510 respectively during the last three years. |

The total budget amount provided for various heads of expenditure was Rs. 3,37,000 in the last year out of which Rs. 1,47,207 was actually spent.
